A non returnable deposit of 20% of the total booking price is payable to secure your booking. The balance will then be due eight weeks before the commencement of your stay. Any bookings made under eight weeks prior to the rental period will be payable in full at the time of booking.
On paying your deposit you are entering into an agreement for the rental of Las Palomas, which includes reading and abiding by notes at the property regarding rules for pool safety, etc.
